Since the 1980’s Gelcorp has developed residential communities including: the townhomes at Erie Pointe, high-rise condominiums at Gallery 400, the condominium conversion of Gallery 1250 (2001), and many more. In addition, Gelcorp acquired and zoned high-rise sites throughout Chicago. After years of success in Chicago, Gelcorp expanded to Florida, Virginia, and North Carolina. In Florida alone, Gelcorp has invested and developed over $300 million in properties on Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Windermere, and Winter Park. During the past 15 years, Gelcorp diversified and acquired thousands of acres of land for sod, cattle, and mining operations.

Jeff Gelman is the founder of Gelcorp Industries and the President of Gelcorp Management and affiliated entities. His extensive background of over 28 years in the industry has honed his skills in selecting prime real estate and overseeing the details of financing, land planning, zoning, construction, and agriculture. This experience and expertise have resulted in the long-term stability and success of Gelcorp Industries. Mr. Gelman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from University of Michigan, a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
