About The Company
Gelcorp has been known for developing extraordinary residential communities since the 1980s. A few of these include the townhomes at Erie Pointe, high-rise condominiums at Gallery 400, and the condominium conversion of Gallery 1250, all in Chicago, with many more exceptional projects in our portfolio. After years of success in Illinois, Gelcorp expanded to Florida, Virginia, and North Carolina. In Florida alone, Gelcorp has invested and developed almost $1 billion in properties on Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Windermere, and Winter Park. Over the years, Gelcorp has diversified and acquired thousands of acres of land for sod, cattle, and mining operations in addition to our residential enterprises.
